Employment Attorney (California)
About the Job
A respected and modern employment law firm is seeking a driven Employment Attorney to join its growing litigation team. We are looking for a dedicated advocate with a proven track record in employment law who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a self-starter capable of independently managing a diverse caseload from initial client intake through discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and final resolution.
What We're Looking For
• Active California State Bar license and good standing.
• Minimum of 4 years of employment law experience.
• Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload.
• Strong focus on negotiation and settlement strategy.
• Proven ability to resolve cases efficiently, targeting 4–7 settlements per month.
• Experience handling all phases of litigation, including discovery and motion practice.
• Excellent communication, advocacy, and client management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
Compensation
The annual salary for this position ranges from $180,000 to $250,000. Compensation within this range will be determined based on factors including geographic market, skills, education, experience, and other relevant qualifications.
