We are building more than another vacation-rental listing site. YouCouldBeDoingThis.com helps travelers discover not only where to stay, but also what they could be doing nearby — restaurants, attractions, activities, rentals, venues, travel services, shops, local services, and more. Initial Sales Focus: Our first sales focus is Property Managers and short-term rental professionals. Once at least 10 property listings are secured in a ZIP code, independent sales contractors may also begin outreach to approved local business categories in that area, including restaurants, attractions, activities, rental companies, merchants, event venues, travel services, and service providers.

Important Details: This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not an employee position. Compensation is commission-based and paid according to the written contractor agreement and commission schedule. Independent sales contractors are responsible for their own schedule, outreach approach, and business activity while following approved brand, pricing, and communication guidelines.
