You will serve as a vital link in our drilling operations, safely transporting high-value, oversized equipment across multiple states. This role offers the chance to master complex logistics and heavy-haul setups within a company that values technical skill and safety above all else.
Operate specialized 13-axle heavy haul truck and trailer configurations across diverse multi-state routes.
Secure and transport oversized drilling rigs and steel casing using advanced rigging and tie-down techniques.
Navigate complex logistical requirements by managing state-specific permits and adhering to restricted route protocols.
Maintain rigorous safety standards and federal DOT compliance through meticulous pre-trip inspections and log documentation.
Coordinate site access and equipment positioning with field teams to ensure seamless project mobilization.
Execute high-stakes transport missions while adapting to varying weather conditions and demanding site terrain.
Minimum of 5 years of heavy haul experience, specifically utilizing 13-axle or similar multi-axle setups.
Proven expertise in securing and managing oversize/overweight permits across multiple state jurisdictions.
Absolute willingness to travel frequently to various project locations as required by the business.
Clean driving record with a documented history of safe heavy equipment operation.
Demonstrated experience specifically hauling large-scale drill rigs and related foundation equipment.
Advanced knowledge of multi-state DOT regulations and specialized equipment transport safety protocols.
