Key Responsibilities 主要职责
Technical Interview Coaching 技术面试指导
- Conduct mock interviews covering DSA (LeetCode/HackerRank), system design (e.g. scalable microservices), and debugging

Specialization Guidance 细分领域指导
- Provide domain-specific advice (e.g. backend (Java/Go), frontend (React/TypeScript), DevOps (K8s/Terraform))

Requirements 任职要求
Core Experience 核心经验
- 2+ years as Software Engineer at UK/EU tech companies (FAANG/unicorn experience preferred)

Technical Must-Haves 技术硬性要求
Mastery of 精通:
- 1+ mainstream language (Java/Python/Go)
- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure certifications valued)
