3. Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Outreach: Proactively identify and recruit potential school partners and student influencers through networking, outreach, and relationship building
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for affiliates, providing them with the necessary training, resources, and promotional materials to succeed
- Contract & Commission Management: Negotiate and finalize affiliate agreements, ensuring clear terms, competitive commission structures, and profitability
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials tailored for student and educational audiences
- Performance Tracking: Monitor affiliate activity and compliance daily, using data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

4. Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of demonstrable experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or performance marketing, preferably within the education or e-commerce sectors
