Assistant Candidate Coordinator

Westland Real Estate Group is a family-owned leader in property management, overseeing over 30,000 residential units across the country. They are seeking an Assistant Candidate Coordinator who will manage applicant data, streamline the hiring pipeline, and support onboarding processes. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, bilingual in English and Spanish, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• ATS Management: Act as the primary data support for Paycor, ensuring every applicant is correctly assigned to the right Job ID and advertising source
• Pipeline Filtering: Review and screen incoming resumes, routing top talent to the correct departments and filtering out candidates who don’t meet specific role requirements
• Onboarding Support: Proactively monitor background checks and reference updates to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
• Recruitment Admin: Assist with job board updates, maintain digital hiring records, and help represent Westland at local career fairs
• Bilingual Support: Utilize your Spanish language skills to assist with candidate communication and screening across our diverse applicant pool

Skills

• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
• Ability to quickly learn and master software like Paycor (ATS) and Google Workspace
