As an Associate Advisor, Financial Wellness & Retirement Education, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to build secure financial futures. Serving as a trusted remote resource for Mariner’s retirement plan clients, you will deliver engaging virtual financial education and participant support services. Your expertise will help participants make informed decisions about retirement planning, investing, budgeting, and financial wellness through personalized consultations and digital channels. By fostering participant engagement and identifying opportunities for additional advisory support, you will have a meaningful impact on individuals’ financial confidence and long-term success.   Responsibilities   Deliver one-on-one virtual consultations and education sessions for retirement plan participants via phone and digital platforms Design and implement education initiatives to improve participant engagement, retirement preparedness, and plan utilization Lead webinars, virtual workshops, and campaigns focused on retirement readiness, investing, budgeting, and debt management Partner with internal teams and plan sponsors to develop strategies that increase participant engagement and improve outcomes Provide general financial guidance on retirement planning, investments, insurance, and other wellness topics with actionable next steps Identify participant needs and refer to Mariner’s advisory professionals when additional support is appropriate Support participant outreach, inbound education requests, and digital engagement in a high-volume environment Maintain accurate documentation, follow-up, and service standards throughout all client and participant interactions Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, retirement plans, participant education, or wealth management Series 65 license required Working knowledge of qualified retirement plans, investment principles, and personal financial planning concepts LI-SU1 LI-Remote We welcome your interest in being a part of our firm.
