Role Responsibilities
• Review and assess analytical rubrics for computational genomics projects.
• Evaluate sequence alignment strategies and CRISPR design tools.
• Interpret and synthesize results from large-scale genomics datasets.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to recommend data-driven improvements.
• Document findings and provide clear, actionable feedback to stakeholders.
• Contribute to development of guidelines and standards for data analysis.
• Stay updated on advancements in computational biology and genomics.
Requirements
• Strong experience in sequence alignment and genomics data analysis.
• Familiarity with CRISPR design tools and bioinformatics workflows.
• Strong proficiency in handling large-scale biological datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in quality assurance or rubric evaluation processes.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Advanced degree in computational biology, bioinformatics, genomics, or related field.
