About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant with strong experience in bookkeeping. This role involves supporting a US-based client with day-to-day financial tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

       Record and categorize daily financial transactions in QuickBooks Online/Desktop

       Manage expense entries, reimbursements, and receipts

       Reconcile bank and credit card statements

       Generate standard financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

       Assist with payroll entries and client invoicing

       Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation

       Coordinate with the client’s CPA or accounting team when needed



Requirements

Requirements

       1–2 years of hands-on experience in bookkeeping, specifically with QuickBooks

       Familiarity with US accounting standards and bookkeeping practices

       Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets

       Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

       Clear written and verbal communication

Willingness to work during US hours (night shift)
