This is a remote position.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant with strong experience in bookkeeping. This role involves supporting a US-based client with day-to-day financial tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely financial reporting.
● Record and categorize daily financial transactions in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
● Manage expense entries, reimbursements, and receipts
● Reconcile bank and credit card statements
● Generate standard financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
● Assist with payroll entries and client invoicing
● Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation
● Coordinate with the client’s CPA or accounting team when needed
● 1–2 years of hands-on experience in bookkeeping, specifically with QuickBooks
● Familiarity with US accounting standards and bookkeeping practices
● Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
● Clear written and verbal communication
