The Brands Team intern will support the team with various administrative and creative tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our sales initiatives. No prior experience in the entertainment industry is necessary, but a passion for music and marketing is essential.This is a hybrid role based in our Santa Monica office, with in-person collaboration 3 days per week and remote work 2 days per week.Key ResponsibilitiesUpdate artist one sheets and artist rosterDraft business focused posts to highlight recent activities and accomplishmentsCreate engaging newsletters for internal and external audiencesMaintain and update internal team spreadsheetsConduct industry news and brand prospecting to identify potential opportunitiesPull reports from reporting tools to support the team’s research effortsQualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs, particularly Excel and Google SheetsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with LinkedIn and other social media platformsBasic design skills for creating newsletters and one sheetsAbility to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with confidentialityA passion for music and marketingMust be able to legally work within the United StatesIt’s a bonus if you haveExperience designing with CanvaWorking knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or InDesignPrior experience or exposure to the entertainment industryA degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or are currently pursuing oneDon’t match every skill listed? The hourly rate for this position is $17.81 per hour, in accordance with the Los Angeles minimum wage at the time of posting.
