Building Services Engineer - Building Compliance role at ORS to work as part of the Building Compliance Team, ensuring projects achieve compliance with Building Regulations. Requirements
- Review M&E designs for compliance with building regulations
- Review mechanical and electrical building services installations on site for compliance with Building Regulations and project specifications
- Coordinate inspections and compliance activities throughout all project stages
- Carry out site inspections and monitor construction quality, workmanship, and regulatory compliance throughout the project
- Review drawings, specifications, ancillary certificates, and project documentation
- Maintain accurate project records, reports, and quality tracking systems
- Support the preparation and management of inspection plans and certification records
