Edukarir Indonesia is expanding and currently looking for a perfect fit to be our team as Business Development Executive.
You will be responsible for marketing one of the fast growing consultant company. Using your skills, you will conduct research to identify new customers and potential new markets, planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the production, delegate sales, and working under Partnership department of Edukarir Indonesia throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, Strategic, Leadership, Business Process, Budgeting, Planning
Increase sales according to KPI
Provide market insight and client needs appropriately and strategically
Motivate the team to always be enthusiastic and maintain the company's KPIs
Maintain long term relationship with clients
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Attend industry conferences, meetings and events
Make requirement proposal(s) for clients. PowerPoint presentation presentation and sales display
Manage cost effectiveness, efficiency and deliver operational and financial target within designated financial cost
Sales goals for the team and ensure that it goals within timely manner
Train personnel and help team members develop skills
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree / Postgraduate from leading university in any major with working experience at least 2 years
Excellent in Administration, Business Management, Macro Economic, data and analytical skills, partnerships, business development or corporate marketing is advantage
Excellent in presentation, proficient in Ms. Office (added value to have knowledge on other systems & tools to help implementation and tracking)
Proficient in English (both oral & written)
Skill in strategy, consultation and government affairs will be advantages
Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking
Proactive, passionate in making a positive impact in emerging markets, and have high level of adaptability in fast moving working environment
