Pay Range £35k FTE (salary will be pro-rata'd in line with part-time hours) + bonus Job Description Role: Business Development Executive Location: Remote (must be UK based) Contract: Part-Time, Permanent The Business Development Executive (BDE) plays a key role in supporting business growth by managing client onboarding, bid processes, contract administration, and market research. This is a highly collaborative role working closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to drive new business opportunities and ensure seamless client engagement. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, amend, and manage contracts; coordinate signing and maintain accurate filing systems. Complete pre-qualification questionnaires, bid responses, and supplier forms using Autogen AI (Reeds Internal BID AI library system) Source and compile required compliance documentation for client onboarding. Create Client User Guides (CUGs) and distribute to relevant stakeholders. Maintain central tracking systems including win logs and contract data. Conduct prospect due diligence using Companies House and Endole data. Analyse data using Power BI to identify opportunities and current Reed Spend. Support onboarding of new contract wins and team collaboration processes. Manage and update CRM systems including HubSpot and Cognism. Research prospects and support business development strategy. Skills & Experience Experience in business development or sales support. Recruitment sector experience ideal. Strong organisational and analytical skills. CRM system experience (HubSpot preferred but not essential) Strong communication skills at all levels.
