Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Business Systems Analyst I (BSA I) to join our team and play a key role in supporting the quality, reliability, and continuous improvement of enterprise business applications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality assurance, system testing, application support, and business process optimization while working alongside experienced analysts, developers, and business partners.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will contribute to testing new functionality, system enhancements, and application upgrades that support critical operations across the organization. You will help validate business requirements, execute test plans, document outcomes, and support issue resolution efforts to ensure high-quality system performance and a positive user experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analytical thinking, attention to detail, collaboration, and continuous learning while building a career at one of the nation's leading pediatric healthcare organizations.
