Role Overview
Join Pier 4's Property Management team as a Maintenance Technician with carpentry skills. Preserve the condition of properties, renovate units, and maintain structures and fixtures. Work with a team to execute best-in-class property renovation and maintenance.
What You Will Do
Renovate units, construct, install, repair, and maintain structures and fixtures. Troubleshoot, repair, install, and apply preventative maintenance techniques. Collaborate with team members and 3rd party construction professionals.

- Ability to problem-solve, multi-task and remain detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Valid Ontario G driver's license in good standing
- Eligible to work in Canada
- High School Diploma and 5+ years of work-related experience
- Previous experience in residential maintenance/renovation field
- WHMIS training, knowledge of applicable legislation respecting residential tenancies in Ontario and the rights and obligations of Landlords and Tenants
