Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Client Experience Travel Specialists. As a Client Experience Travel Specialist, you'll assist travelers with exploring destinations, comparing vacation options, coordinating travel arrangements, and supporting them throughout their planning journey. From all-inclusive resorts and cruises to family vacations and international adventures, you'll help create experiences tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
No prior travel industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
Connect with clients to learn about their travel interests, goals, and budget considerations
Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
Present customized travel recommendations based on individual preferences
Assist with coordinating reservations for lodging, transportation, activities, and travel experiences
Provide planning assistance and answer travel-related questions
Communicate with clients through phone, email, and virtual platforms
Work with travel suppliers and partners to secure bookings and confirm arrangements
Track itinerary details, reservation updates, and client communications
Stay informed on destination trends, special promotions, and industry updates
Deliver exceptional customer support throughout the planning and booking process
What We're Looking For
