Role Overview

This six‑month contract position begins in September 2024 and offers a structured 8‑hour shift within our operating window of 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Eastern Time. You will work remotely, collaborating with a dynamic member services team that thrives on empathy, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement.
