Job Description: • Build strong, lasting relationships with healthcare professionals throughout their assignments. • Serve as the primary point of contact for contractor questions, concerns, and support needs. • Conduct proactive check-in calls to ensure a positive contractor experience. • Coordinate onboarding activities and assist with assignment transitions. • Extend offers and guide contractors through pre-start processes. • Collaborate with Account Management, Recruiting, Credentialing, Payroll, and other internal partners to resolve issues quickly. • Accurately document contractor interactions and follow-up activities within the ATS/CRM. • Identify opportunities to improve contractor satisfaction and retention. • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness in every interaction. • Meet established productivity, quality, and customer experience expectations.
