Responsibilities
- Support the editing, planning, scheduling, and publishing of content across all rhode social platforms
- Assist in maintaining social content calendars, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with brand priorities
- Support day-to-day community management, including monitoring comments, messages, and engagement in partnership with the broader team
- Help organize and track social content, assets, captions, and approvals across campaigns and launches
- Maintain organized documentation for posts, performance tracking, and platform learnings
- Support weekly reporting on social performance, trends, and engagement metrics
- Stay tapped into social and beauty trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to help inform content execution
- Support with general administrative tasks
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, media studies, or other related field
- 1-2 years of internship or work experience in social media, marketing, content, or brand operations (beauty or lifestyle experience a plus)
- Strong written communication skills, with a clear understanding of brand voice and tone
- Highly detail-oriented self-starter who can shift priorities and execute with a sense of urgency
- Resourceful and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems creatively
- Curious about the beauty and social media landscape across platforms
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
