Position Overview

The Copywriter (Spanish – Chile, Argentina, Peru, Bolivia & Venezuela) is responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and culturally relevant content tailored to these markets. This role focuses on developing compelling messaging for digital channels, CRM campaigns, and promotional initiatives while ensuring linguistic accuracy and regional authenticity.

The position plays a key role in supporting retention and acquisition efforts, collaborating with marketing, CRM, and design teams. Strong English fluency is required for communication within the international team.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

• Develop on-brand copy for websites, blogs, email campaigns, push notifications, SMS, and social media.
• Adapt messaging specifically for Chile, Argentina, Peru, Bolivia & Venezuela, respecting regional linguistic nuances.
• Ensure alignment with brand tone, promotional strategy, and campaign goals.

Localization & Cultural Adaptation

• Adjust content for regional variations in vocabulary, tone, and cultural references.
• Ensure authenticity and engagement across different audience segments.

• Collaborate with Editors and strategists to maintain quality standards.

Retention & Campaign Support

• Support CRM initiatives through high-performing retention copy.

• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and promotional mechanics.

• Prepare structured briefs when required.

Trend Monitoring

• Monitor pop culture, gaming, and digital trends across assigned countries.

• Share relevant insights internally to enhance engagement strategies.

Performance & Optimization

• Support A/B testing initiatives.

• Refine messaging based on performance insights and KPI analysis.

Qualifications & Skills

Professional Requirements

• Proven experience in copywriting 1+ year (iGaming or digital marketing preferred but not a must).
• Strong understanding of Chilean, Peruvian, Argentine, Bolivian and Venezuelan cultural nuances.

• Experience writing for CRM and digital marketing channels.

Language Requirements

• Native-level Spanish (Chile, Argentina, Peru, Bolivia or Venezuela).

• Fluent English (C1/C2 required).
