- Residency in one of the eligible locations: Wichita, KS; Baton Rouge, LA; Oklahoma City, OK; Omaha, NE; or the Hampton Roads, VA region (or surrounding communities).
- Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a natural ability to build rapport.
