About the Role

The Customer-Focused Live Chat Support Specialist is a part-time, entry-level remote position based in or around Phoenix, Arizona. Reporting to the Customer Experience Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing multiple live chat interactions simultaneously, addressing customer questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring that every individual who reaches out to careerzynith feels heard, valued, and supported. Your ability to think quickly, write clearly, and empathize genuinely will be your greatest tools in this role.
