Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent at careerzynith, you will be the face of the company for thousands of passengers each day. Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting passengers at ticket counters and gates, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Checking in passengers and verifying luggage, adhering to airline policies and safety regulations.
