About the Role
Vita Bella is looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Customer Service Representative to support our patient monitoring team. This role is essential in ensuring patients have a smooth, supportive experience throughout their care—from onboarding to ongoing treatment support. If you’re organized, communicative, and comfortable juggling patient coordination with back-office tasks, you’ll feel right at home here.
Key ResponsibilitiesGuide patients through the onboarding process and answer questions related to their membership and treatment
Monitor medication refill needs and follow up on refill requests with patients/providers
Assist patients with scheduling and tracking follow-up appointments
Track medication orders and shipment status
Communicate regularly with pharmacy representatives regarding orders, delays, and updates
Coordinate with the medical team to relay patient updates and provider recommendations
Respond to patient messages in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
Complete administrative and back-office tasks to support daily operations
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
QualificationsPrevious experience in customer service, healthcare support, or patient coordination preferred
Strong English written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with patient portals, messaging systems, and internal tracking tools
Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups without dropping the ball
Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused approach
