We are hiring a Customer Service Representative – Homeowner Services to join our dynamic contact center team. This role is primarily remote, with occasional in-office days required for collaboration, training, and team building. Standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with staggered shift options available between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We are closed on weekends and major holidays, giving our team the work-life balance they deserve.
As a Homeowner Services Representative at careerzynith, you will serve as the first point of contact for thousands of homeowners who rely on us for support across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
