The Customer Service Trainee role is a structured, eight‑week hybrid training program designed to develop the next generation of customer‑focused professionals in the dental benefits industry. Trainees will rotate between on‑site and remote learning modules, gaining hands‑on experience with claims processing, eligibility verification, and member communication. Hybrid Training Schedule

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Trainee, you will develop a solid foundation in the following core duties:
- Research member and provider inquiries by navigating the claims processing system and consulting internal knowledge bases.
- Respond to customer, group, and provider questions via telephone, email, or written correspondence, adhering to professional etiquette, grammar, and punctuation standards.
- Maintain accurate departmental records, ensuring all files are organized and up‑to‑date.

Minimum Requirements
