About the role:

At CASAFARI, we help real estate professionals make smarter decisions through high-quality data and technology. We’re now looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience.

In this role, you’ll be the voice of CASAFARI for our customers, supporting them day to day, helping them get the most value from our product, and building long-term relationships that drive satisfaction and retention.
