Customer Support Specialist: Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting both Renters applying through blithequark and Managers reviewing and managing applications and leases in blithequark. Our dedicated concierge-level service, blithequark1, increases the occupancy rate of our clients by actively engaging with applicants to streamline the process of meeting leasing application requirements.
