Deal Operations Analyst

CoreWeave is The Essential Cloud for AI™, providing technology and tools for innovators in AI. As a Deal Operations Analyst, you will support the order-to-closed-won process, collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate processing of customer orders and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Quote to Close: Review, draft, and process all order forms ensuring Salesforce data matches the order for accurate downstream billing and accounting
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth order flow for both standard and non-standard deals
• Support & Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for sales and commercial accounting team members for questions or issues related to deal structure
• Documentation: Assist in maintaining order management and deal desk documentation
• Reporting: Assist in establishing deal operations efficiency related metrics

Skills

• 1-4 years of experience in deal desk, order management, accounting, revenue operations, billing operations, or a related role in a B2B environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of orders with accuracy
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with CPQ solutions
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (3 days per week in-office)
• Experience in CPQ tools and different billing models
• Understanding of revenue recognition principles and basic finance concepts
