About B2B Rocket
B2B Rocket is a rapidly scaling SaaS platform delivering high-volume, automated cold email outreach for B2B clients worldwide. We are expanding and seeking a true DevOps expert to own our cloud infrastructure, reliability, automation, and CI/CD systems as we grow.
What You’ll Do
- Design, provision, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure primarily on Azure but also AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Establish, optimize, and own CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI to enable seamless deployments.
- Automate monitoring, logging, and self-healing deployments with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or equivalent.
- Optimize, secure, and troubleshoot Linux-based systems and containerized applications in high-traffic SaaS environments.
- Develop infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Ansible, ARM Templates, or CloudFormation.
- Implement robust automation for recurring processes: CRON jobs, schedulers, auto-scaling, and event-driven workflows.
- Integrate and manage authentication/security: OAuth2.0, Identity Providers, secrets management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault).
- Maintain and scale high-availability data layers: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Elastic Search, Redis, and real-time messaging (Socket.io or Kafka).
- Collaborate directly with engineering teams to enable rapid feature delivery and reliability as the platform scales.
- Lead system health monitoring and incident response for mission-critical uptime and rapid troubleshooting.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of hands-on DevOps/Cloud Engineering experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP—multi-cloud a plus).
- Deep experience with:
- Azure DevOps, AWS CodePipeline, or GCP Cloud Build for CI/CD
- Linux administration & optimization
- Docker and container orchestration with Kubernetes, ECS, or AKS
- Automation and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Node.js)
- IaC with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
- System monitoring and logs (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
- Expertise scaling and automating cloud-native SaaS infrastructure.
- Experience implementing and maintaining secure authentication and secrets management.
- Proficiency with database scaling and optimization: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Elastic Search.
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and documentation skills.
Nice to Have
- Real-time messaging or streaming platform experience (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Socket.io)
- Experience with artifact repositories (Harbor, Artifactory, ECR)
- Prior work on high-volume B2B SaaS scaling and reliability
