Role Overview

Ironclad is looking for a Director, Enterprise Sales to help support our rapid scale and make an impact on our revenue goals. The ideal candidate has led a team selling SaaS in the Enterprise space. The role will involve managing daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensure repeatable, predictable above-quota results based on successful pipeline management.

What You Will Do

Manage a manufacturing-focused territory team, drive net-new customer acquisition and expansion across strategic accounts, build and optimize a repeatable sales process, recruit and manage a growing team of experienced Account Executives, and empower your team with scalable systems and repeatable processes.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales with a minimum of 5+ years leading a team, ideally in Enterprise. They should have great people skills, be able to build scalable processes, and have the analytical skills to optimize them over time.
