simply the outcome of better clinical decisions, better workflows and better technology. At Matrix, we're building products that help clinicians close care gaps when it matters most: in the home, at the point of care and in real time. If you're the Product Leader who sees HEDIS, Stars and population health as opportunities to improve lives, not just improve metrics, this is your chance to build something that truly moves the industry forward. This isn't a role focused on maintaining a quality platform. It's an opportunity to define the future of quality management across millions of members.    What You'll Build  You'll lead product strategy for the quality capabilities that power careflow™, Matrix's mobile platform used by Nurse Practitioners during in-home health assessments.  Your work will help ensure the right care happens at the right time, while making it easier for clinicians to identify, document and close care gaps during a single visit. You'll connect clinical workflows, lab screening programs, supplemental data, AI, analytics and payer requirements into one intelligent product experience that drives measurable outcomes.    Your Mission  You'll transform quality from a retrospective reporting exercise into a proactive, technology-enabled clinical workflow.    That means building products that:    Surface  Help clinicians instantly understand every member's highest-priority care gaps before and during the visit.    Guide  Deliver intelligent workflows, assessment prompts, conditional logic and evidence-based recommendations that make closing gaps simple and intuitive.    Measure  Connect every intervention, from lab screenings to documentation improvements, to quality programs, care gap closure, evidence generation and client confidence.     You'll Lead  Product strategy and roadmap for HEDIS performance, Medicare Stars, care gap closure and quality analytics  Enhancements to careflow™ that surface care gaps in real time and enable same-visit closure  Intelligent clinical workflows for preventive screenings, transitions of care, documentation and quality interventions  Lab ordering, results capture, and supplemental data pipelines that create compliant HEDIS numerator closures  AI-driven capabilities that prioritize outreach, predict intervention opportunities and improve member engagement  Cross-functional partnerships across Clinical Operations, Care Management, Engineering, Analytics, Coding, Payer Relations and Executive Leadership  Translation of evolving NCQA and payer requirements into product capabilities before they become operational challenges  Executive reporting that clearly demonstrates how product investments improve quality performance and business outcomes    Who You Are  You don't think of quality as a compliance program.  You think of it as a product problem waiting to be solved.  You enjoy taking complicated clinical requirements and transforming them into elegant digital experiences that clinicians actually want to use.  You understand that great products don't just improve workflows. They improve outcomes.  And you're energized by solving problems that sit at the intersection of healthcare, technology, data and human behavior.    Qualifications What You'll Bring    Required  5+ years of Product Management experience  2+ years working within Healthcare Quality, HEDIS, Medicare Star or Population Health  Strong knowledge of HEDIS methodology, NCQA standards and Medicare Starprograms  Experience supporting supplemental data submission and hybrid medical record retrieval  Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting Star scorecards, HEDIS performance, numerator/denominator reporting and population health analytics  Proven success leading highly cross-functional teams across clinical, operational and engineering organizations    Bonus Points    You'll stand out if you've worked with:  Population Health or Value-Based Care organizations  Arcadia, Cotiviti, Inovalon, Episource or similar quality platforms  Mobile phlebotomy or in-home diagnostic services  Lab-based HEDIS measure workflows  AI or predictive analytics used to prioritize outreach and interventions  Risk Adjustment and the intersection between quality, risk adjustment and value-based care.     What Success Looks Like After One Year  Imagine looking back after your first year and seeing measurable improvements in both patient outcomes and quality performance.    You'll have:  Delivered careflow™ enhancements that enable clinicians to identify and close more care gaps during the visit  Improved HEDIS numerator capture through smarter assessments, clearer documentation prompts and streamlined workflows  Built an end-to-end lab screening experience, from ordering through compliant supplemental data submission  Increased same-visit gap closure rates while reducing clinician documentation burden  Established executive dashboards connecting product investments to Star ratings, contract performance and quality performance and client value  Positioned Matrix ahead of upcoming NCQA measure changes with proactive product readiness and implementation plans    Our Culture: We have a clear vision of where we are going, and we are guided by core values that embody our organization and our culture. We emphasizes innovation and growth, and you will be given the opportunities and tools to develop personally and professionally. We encourage and celebrate collaboration.
