Key Responsibilities
- Responsive User Assistance: Answer inbound inquiries via live chat, email, and phone, delivering accurate information and solutions within defined service‑level targets.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose technical or procedural problems quickly, explain resolutions in clear, jargon‑free language, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
