Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing troubleshooting assistance to residential and business customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving technical issues related to internet, email, and other services
- Escalating complex issues to senior support specialists as needed
- Documenting customer interactions and issue resolutions in our ticketing system
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and first-call resolution rates
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on new technologies and services
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Possess a computer running an authentic/validated/native copy of Windows 10, 11, or the most current macOS (Macs cannot be more than 5 years old)
- Have a USB headset and webcam, and at least one 15" or larger monitor
- Have an internet speed of at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload, with a direct Ethernet connection preferred
- Be able to sit for extended periods of time and have manual dexterity
- Type at a rate of 40 WPM with 80% accuracy
- Have a quiet and distraction-free workspace

- Have previous experience in technical support or customer service
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Are excellent communicators and have strong interpersonal skills
- Are able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
