Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Autism/ABA Therapist to join our growing team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. Key Responsibilities
• Provide one-on-one (1:1) in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other related conditions.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions to inform treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Implement discrete trials, behavior support, and treatment plans as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervisor.
• Work collaboratively with a BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work, including arriving on time and being prepared for therapy sessions.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or working towards your degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred.
• Experience working with children for 1 year in a 1:1 setting, or 1-2 years working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Mental Health Technician, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor in a school or home setting.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle, and a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs and perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting on floor level or in a chair, or standing for periods of time.
• Ability to respond quickly in short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of children.
• Willingness and ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $21-$26 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
