Our work-from-home environment is designed to promote productivity, comfort, and well-being, with a focus on ergonomics and minimal distractions. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Care & Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Evaluating and assisting with customer concerns in a timely and professional manner * Selling arenaflex's Connected Home product and other offerings to customers on every call * Explaining device capabilities, wireless carrier data product offerings, and company policies to customers * Meeting sales and customer experience goals and objectives * Escalating calls to the appropriate tier of customer service function when necessary * Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of professionalism and respect **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Customer service experience and a desire to upsell to customers * Ability to retain knowledge and learn product information and customer information * Attention to detail and a focus on providing care and attention to every customer issue * Friendly, professional, and respectful demeanor, with the ability to politely address customers and show patience and empathy in resolving customer concerns * Flexibility and adaptability in meeting the needs of each customer and business needs * Organization and multitasking skills, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment * Problem-solving skills, with the ability to efficiently resolve issues and meet customer expectations while maintaining a standard of quality customer service * Dedication and a reliable track record in attendance and performance * Ability to spend 4-8 hours per day sitting and working at a computer in a call center environment (noise levels, using headset 90% of the time) * Computer literacy, with the ability to type 25-35 words per minute and learn call center software * Working knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems (Windows, Android, Blackberry OS, Apple iOS, wireless technology, wireless equipment, and applications) * Bilingual skills are a plus * Ability to achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives **Work at Home Requirements** To ensure a successful work-from-home experience, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * Work in a distraction-free workspace that meets arenaflex's standards for ergonomics and comfort * Meet minimum internet speed requirements: 10 Mbps download speed / 5 Mbps upload speed * Have a hard-wired internet connection (Wi-Fi or hotspots are not allowed) **Benefits and Perks** As an arenaflex team member, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Medical, dental, and vision health coverage * Vacation time and holiday pay * 401(k) plan * Flexible scheduling and work-from-home opportunities * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Compensation** As a top performer, you can earn up to $28+ per hour, with a guaranteed minimum pay of $18 per hour.
