The Customer Service & HomeCare Sales Specialist I at careerzynith serves as the critical first point of contact for prospective patients and caregivers exploring our Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) and LHCSA services. This role is a unique blend of consultative sales, empathetic customer service, and meticulous case management. Every call you take is an opportunity to educate, encourage, and enroll families in a program that can transform their quality of life.
Working remotely, you will engage with inbound callers, respond to emails and chats, and proactively reach out to leads with the goal of converting inquiries into active Service Records (SRs). You will serve as the bridge between curiosity and commitment, guiding families through the early stages of the enrollment journey with patience, professionalism, and genuine care.
