Key Responsibilities

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting rate of $15.00 per hour, automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years, and a Pay for Performance incentive paid out monthly to eligible team members. System Requirements
To work as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to meet the following system requirements:
- Self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
- Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications
- High-speed internet connection (Satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted)
- Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported
Training Schedule
Our comprehensive training program will provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. The training schedule includes:
- A paid training period with attendance and participation required
- Orientation and training on Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm ET, for six weeks
- Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ
