Essential Qualifications
- Good verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent customer relation and communication skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Upbeat and positive attitude, with great energy and a passion for helping others
