As a key member of our onboarding process, you'll be responsible for communicating with our delivery professionals, reviewing applications and documents, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. If you're a self-motivated, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented professional with a strong desire to help people, we'd love to hear from you. **Responsibilities** As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for: * Reviewing applications and documents for accuracy and eligibility * Conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided) * Communicating with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications * Ordering driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of driver applications and onboarding status * Collaborating with our team to ensure a smooth onboarding process **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 2+ years of experience in a business environment, preferably in data entry, human resource (HR), receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service * Associate's degree or above (preferred, but not required) * 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or working in data entry, HR, or customer service (preferred, not required) * Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks * Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently * Comfortable with smartphone applications and web-based applications * Ability to work full-time, including some weekends * Access to a quiet work environment, a smartphone, and a computer with reliable internet access **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with data entry software and systems * Knowledge of HR principles and practices * Familiarity with gig economy platforms and onboarding processes * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities **Work Environment and Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, collaborative, and supportive.
