**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our team at arenaflex. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data systems that support our business intelligence and analytics initiatives. **Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data solutions that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
* Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data systems that support our business intelligence and analytics initiatives
* Develop and maintain ETL/ELT scripts using SQL and other programming languages
* Work with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker to create interactive dashboards and reports
* Develop and maintain data pipelines using ETL/ELT services such as Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or Google Cloud Data Fusion
* Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop and maintain data models and data governance policies
* Perform data profiling and data analysis to identify trends and insights that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
* Develop and maintain data quality and data integrity policies and procedures
* Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data systems are secure, scalable, and meet business requirements
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* At least 2 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or related field
* Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, Java, or other programming languages
* Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker
* Experience with ETL/ELT services such as Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or Google Cloud Data Fusion
* Strong understanding of data governance policies and procedures
* Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
