**Key Responsibilities**
As an IT Support Associate at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in providing basic IT systems support to our customers through chat, email, and phone. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to and resolving a high volume of IT-related issues or questions from internal and external customers
* Providing updates and follow-up communications with users until issues are resolved

**Qualifications, Education, and Experience**

* A minimum of 3 years of computer systems-related experience (or equivalent)
* 2 years of proprietary software support experience
* 1 year of Windows operating system troubleshooting experience
