This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. You'll work closely with our team to resolve technical issues, provide training and support, and ensure seamless customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Enter, update, and verify data accurately in our database systems * Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or remote desktop * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure * Conduct site visits to investigate issues and provide on-site support * Collaborate with our team to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support * Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and technical issues * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure exceptional customer service **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in IT support, technical assistance, or a related field * Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Windows, Cisco VPN, Citrix, and other relevant technologies * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with remote desktop applications, such as Citrix or VMware * Knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls * Familiarity with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello * Experience with data entry software, such as Excel or Access * Certification in IT support, technical assistance, or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Windows, Cisco VPN, Citrix, and other relevant technologies * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
