As a Live Chat Representative, you'll be part of a fast-paced and collaborative environment that's always looking for new ways to innovate and improve. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Live Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for managing multiple live chat conversations in real-time, providing timely and accurate responses to site visitors, and connecting them with our practice-based professionals. This role requires a unique blend of customer service, sales, and technical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for sales and customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Utilize our CRM tool to interact with prospective patients in an effort to schedule them in-clinic or virtual consultations * Manage multiple chat-based conversations in real-time while providing timely responses * Follow our lead journey process as applicable * Focus on quantity: respond effectively to 100% of live chats * Focus on quality: have meaningful conversations with prospective patients, answer their questions, and provide relevant information in accordance with approved scripts * Collaborate with Leadership as needed or directed to reach strategic sourcing and sales goals * Assist with PL efforts for other practice locations as needed * Provide accurate information to site visitors, including starting prices or other approved information * Qualify leads * Assist in any sales-related administrative tasks as needed or as assigned * Participate in other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned **Essential Qualifications** * At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in inside sales and/or remote positions * Experience using a CRM tool, preferably Intercom or Salesforce * Typing speed of 60 words per minute * Ability to manage multiple live chat conversations at any given time while providing outstanding customer service to include quick, accurate, and timely responses * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Excellent verbal and written communication * Ability to achieve defined targets and KPIs, as set by the Director of Sales Operations * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude **Preferred Qualifications** * Availability to work from 5pm-1am ET / 3pm-10pm PT (or timezones in between) * Availability for training from 9am-5pm local time * Availability to work on a Saturday or Sunday (huge plus if available on both weekend days!) * Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to learn new techniques and adapt to changing situations * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Experience with CRM tools, preferably Intercom or Salesforce * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll have access to a range of career growth opportunities and learning benefits, including: * Ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge * Opportunities for advancement to senior roles within the company * Access to a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off * A dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation **Work Environment and Company Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being and success of our employees.
