As a Part-Time Chat Customer Service Agent, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences to fans of popular music artists. If you're a quick thinker, a great communicator, and a music lover, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities** As a Part-Time Chat Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for: * Expressing genuine empathy and concern for customers' issues and addressing them as if they were your own * Answering, evaluating, and prioritizing requests from customers having questions or experiencing problems with services or products * Identifying high-risk customer situations and escalating them appropriately without hesitation * Keeping up with multiple chats at a time and accurately documenting all required information and chat details in the ticketing system * Responding to and resolving open issues in an appropriate timeframe * Identifying trends related to systems, platforms, and/or customers and escalating them to management * Multi-tasking using multiple systems and skillfully changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure * Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times * Remaining positive and professional in all customer interactions * Being flexible and willing to cross-train as requested **Requirements** To be successful as a Part-Time Chat Customer Service Agent, you'll need: * 3-5 years of call center chat experience * Technical experience, preferably with Zendesk * The ability to type 30 wpm with 90% accuracy or above consistently * Strong messaging communication skills, active listening abilities, and a great understanding of text and chat acronyms * Excellent grammar and the ability to use industry-specific lingo * Previous work-from-home experience * A High School Diploma or equivalent * A love of music, particularly in the Pop and Country genres **Hardware and Software Requirements** To ensure a seamless and efficient experience, you'll need: * Your own computer with a processor of more than 4 cores * 8GB of RAM on Windows 10 or higher / 10 64 bits * A screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher, with dual monitors required * A USB headset * Up-to-date antivirus software installed on the platform and a recent scan completed * A hardwired connection to your router * A firewall enabled **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee, you'll enjoy: * Flexibility and autonomy in your work schedule * A supportive and collaborative team environment * Opportunities for professional growth and development * A fun and dynamic work culture that values creativity and innovation * A competitive hourly rate of $18.00 per hour (1099 contract) **Benefits** As a Part-Time Chat Customer Service Agent, you'll enjoy: * The opportunity to work from home and create a flexible schedule that suits your needs * A competitive hourly rate and opportunities for professional growth and development * A supportive and collaborative team environment that values creativity and innovation **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for music and customer service, we want to hear from you!
