Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and nurturing nanny who can provide exceptional care to our two boys, Monday through Thursday, with a consistent 25 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch care to our two boys, aged 3 and 7, including homework assistance, meal preparation, and engaging activities
- Picking up our oldest child from school on Wednesdays and Thursdays
- Managing daily schedules, including meal times, nap times, and outdoor play
- Creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning, growth, and development
- Communicating effectively with us, our children, and any external caregivers or professionals
- Participating in household duties, such as light cleaning and laundry, as needed
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- Relevant and recent childcare experience, preferably with children of similar ages
- First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- Non-smoking status
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
While not essential, the following qualifications and skills would be highly desirable:
- Early childhood education or related field
- Experience with special needs or children with allergies
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Ability to speak multiple languages
- Experience with household management and organization

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
