**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)**
As a Live Sales Chat Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith in our digital platforms, providing high-level customer service excellence to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Utilizing product features, benefits, and applications to qualify leads and initiate the sales process
* Responding to and processing all incoming web chat and email inquiries from customers
* Providing exceptional customer service through our digital platforms
* Triage web-based sales leads and direct customers to appropriate selling resources
