Essential Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace suitable for handling customer communications.
- Access to a computer or laptop with the ability to run chat-based support software, CRM platforms, and standard productivity tools.
- Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar, spelling, and email etiquette.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately while maintaining a warm, conversational tone.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and managing time effectively without direct supervision.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, depending on client needs.
- Reside in a location where careerzynith and its clients are permitted to conduct business under applicable U.S. and international law. Preferred Qualifications
- Prior customer support experience, ideally at least one year in a chat-based or digital support environment.
- Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, ticketing systems, or live chat tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar applications.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, or subscription-based business models.
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, French, Portuguese, or other widely spoken languages, which can open doors to additional opportunities.
