We're actively looking to hire a Remote Client Success Specialist (Customer Service Trainee) to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, and we require the candidate to reside in the Central Coast region to effectively support our clients in the Central Time Zone. We offer competitive compensation ranging from $10.00 to $15.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position with expected hours of 40 per week. The standard shift is an 8-hour day shift, Monday through Friday, with no weekends required. This schedule allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while serving our clients during their preferred contact hours.
