Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening, including a drug screen and criminal background check
- 2 years of customer service experience required, with 1 year of call center experience preferred
- Prior experience in the hospitality or travel industries is highly desirable
- Must be internet savvy and proficient in navigating multiple systems simultaneously
- Strong ability to communicate and write in a polished, educated, and professional manner

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate, starting at $18.00/hr, with the potential to earn a monthly bonus
- $2.00/hr shift differential for all hours worked after 7pm ET
- Full-time (up to 40 hrs a week), 8-hour shifts, permanent

- Internet connection must be direct from modem/router to equipment via hard-wired Ethernet cord, capable of continuously supporting excellent call quality and high-speed response rate
- Satellite users are prohibited, and Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi Pods cannot be used due to the impact on call quality and the stability of service
